In the first three quarters of 2025, market regulatory authorities intensified efforts to combat intellectual property violations and counterfeiting through targeted campaigns. These initiatives focused on key sectors, products, and markets to strengthen enforcement and safeguard the legitimate rights of both rights holders and consumers.

Authorities investigated approximately 390,000 cases during this period, including 27,000 trademark infringement and counterfeit patent cases. Enforcement actions were conducted against high-risk entities, with around 54,000 operations carried out.

The measures aim to uphold market order and foster a fair business environment by enhancing regulatory deterrence.
