超人智能控股有限公司于2026年2月6日发布月报显示，截至2026年1月31日，公司普通股及优先股法定注册股本分别为港币49,500,000元及港币5,000,000元，总计港币54,500,000元，较上月无任何变动。
普通股方面，已发行股份总数维持在715,500,728股，未出现新增发行、购回或注销记录，当月亦无任何库藏股变动。公司确认已遵守香港联交所《上市规则》及相关法律规定，公众持股比例符合最低要求。
该公告由执行董事苏文斌签署。公司表示，2026年1月股本维持稳定，各项权益未见异常或变动。
