Palantir shares surged nearly 8% on Tuesday, after the company lifted its annual revenue forecast for the second time this year, banking on strong demand for its AI-related services from governments and companies.

There are 1.58 million Palantir option contracts traded on Tuesday, up 48% from the previous trading day. Put options account for 51% of overall option trades. Online telehealth company Hims & Hers Health missed Wall Street estimates for second-quarter revenue, as it lost subscribers for compounded versions of weight-loss drugs, sending its shares down 12.4% on Tuesday.
