Sichuan Expressway (00107) Releases 2025 Third Quarterly Report

According to the 2025 third quarterly report of Sichuan Expressway (00107), the company recorded an operating revenue of RMB6.086 billion for the first three quarters of 2025, reflecting a 17.29% decrease compared to the same period last year. Net profit attributable to shareholders rose to RMB1.300 billion, up 15.78% year-on-year. Basic earnings per share stood at RMB0.4032, marking a 9.85% increase over the same period last year.

Total assets grew to RMB62.85 billion by the end of the reporting period, edging up 2.91% compared to the end of last year. Owners’ equity attributable to shareholders of the listed company came in at RMB20.01 billion, rising 8.70%. The weighted average return on net assets reached 7.37%, representing an increase of 0.35 percentage point.

Regarding major projects, the Chengle Expressway Expansion Project continued construction, with an accumulated investment of approximately RMB14.514 billion. The Tianqiong Expressway, officially opened to traffic in September 2024, had a total investment of nearly RMB7.005 billion through 30 September 2025. Meanwhile, the Chengdu-Ya’an Section Expansion of the G5 Beijing–Kunming Expressway commenced, with a planned investment of about RMB28.548 billion and roughly RMB80 million invested so far. Additionally, the Chengbei Exit Expressway ended its toll collection at midnight on 17 September 2025, as notified by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Transportation.
