CHINA QINFA (00866) announced that on December 2, 2025, SDE (a non-wholly owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a coal supply agreement with Zhejiang Energy Asia Pacific. The agreement stipulates the purchase of 150,000 metric tons of Indonesian thermal coal by Zhejiang Energy Asia Pacific from SDE. Under the terms of the agreement, the contracted volume may be adjusted upward or downward by 10% upon mutual consent of the parties.
