资本界金控集团有限公司（于开曼群岛注册并于百慕达续存之有限公司，股份代号：00204）于2026年1月7日发布截至2025年12月31日的月度股份变动公告。公告显示，公司于报告期内股本结构保持稳定，未发生任何新增发行、购回或注销活动。
公司法定及注册股本仍为30,000,000,000股普通股，每股面值为港币0.01元，对应法定及注册股本总额港币300,000,000元。截至本月末，公司已发行股份数量维持在207,545,940股，库藏股份为0股，与上月相同。
