By collaborating with local educational institutions, the district launched an AI-assisted platform called "Smart Congress AI" at the Nahong Subdistrict People's Congress Liaison Station. This initiative aims to enhance deputies' performance, amplify their roles, and reinforce the principle of "people as masters of the country."

**AI-Driven Duty Management: From Archives to Strategic Planning** Traditionally, tracking deputies' activities relied on manual paperwork and labor-intensive data compilation, making in-depth analysis challenging. The new AI platform has revolutionized this process. Deputies now log into their accounts to record activities, and the system automatically generates standardized digital archives. The platform provides a multi-dimensional "digital profile" of each deputy’s annual engagements—capturing participation frequency, activity types, focus areas, and outcomes through visual analytics. This shift enables the liaison station to transition from administrative tasks to strategic planning, tailoring recommendations based on individual deputies' strengths and weaknesses.

**AI as a Legal Resource: From Reference to Real-Time Guidance** Rule of law is fundamental to grassroots governance. To empower deputies as trusted legal advisors, the platform incorporates a knowledge base of 2,382 national and local laws. During research, public consultations, or mediation, deputies can query the AI for instant legal provisions and interpretations—effectively equipping them with an "always-on" legal consultant. This feature strengthens deputies' confidence in handling disputes and integrating legal frameworks into community governance.

Deputy Zhang Liqiong noted, "AI solves the 'how to write' challenge, allowing us to focus on 'how to act,' realigning our duties with their core purpose."

**Future Vision: From Tool to Ecosystem** To promote widespread adoption, the Jiangnan District People's Congress has organized training sessions for deputies and staff.
