JD Technology's financial legal service platform "Jingsutong" has managed over 100,000 cases since its launch in September 2025, with a total claim value approaching 5 billion yuan by the end of January 2026. The platform has collaborated with more than 500 law firms across 31 provinces and municipalities, engaging nearly 2,000 lawyers. In terms of revenue generation for partner firms, some law offices have achieved monthly settlement amounts reaching 200,000 yuan through the platform.

Focusing on the practical case handling needs of lawyers and law firms, Jingsutong has prioritized optimizing platform response efficiency and case matching mechanisms, significantly reducing registration, case acquisition and initiation timelines. This enables legal professionals to minimize preliminary administrative tasks and concentrate on core case resolution. Registered lawyers and firms can independently select cases through the platform's management system, which covers various procedural stages including preservation applications, litigation and enforcement, supported by standardized processes that allow specialists to choose cases matching their expertise.

Through consistent and stable case supply, Jingsutong helps legal practitioners smooth income cycles and enhance cash flow stability. The platform's digital reconciliation system ensures transparent revenue management, with commission settlement cycles shortened to T+7 after bill confirmation and approval—a significant improvement compared to traditional models that typically require two months or longer. Additionally, the platform innovatively implements a milestone incentive system that disburses service fees progressively throughout case proceedings, enabling lawyers to receive corresponding stage payments immediately upon review approval, thereby breaking from traditional outcome-dependent compensation models.

Regarding case processing efficiency, Jingsutong leverages JD's proprietary large language model JoyAI to assist lawyers with numerous high-frequency, standardized tasks. The AI performs preliminary case matching, fact organization and partial document generation, effectively reducing individual case handling cycles.

Moving forward, Jingsutong will continue integrating more similar scenario applications, providing legal professionals with diversified and stable case sources to enhance the efficiency of legal services in financial contexts.
