On September 8th afternoon, CAOCAO INC unveiled its "sky-land-air integrated" ride-sharing blueprint and announced a strategic partnership with domestic low-altitude flight technology company AeroHT. This move marks a further deepening of synergies between Geely ecosystem companies, as CAOCAO INC takes the lead in breaking through the physical constraints of urban ground transportation, guiding the ride-sharing industry toward a new three-dimensional space.

At the launch event, CAOCAO INC demonstrated typical scenarios for future transportation: users input pickup and destination points in the CAOCAO INC app, and the system will leverage AI algorithms to plan an optimal "sky-land-air integrated" route for users. Passengers can take a Robotaxi to reach transfer hubs, then seamlessly transfer to aerial vehicles to quickly reach their final destination, achieving efficient travel through "one platform," "one order," and "one journey."

Gong Xin, Executive Director and CEO of CAOCAO INC, stated: "The ride-sharing industry has experienced over a decade of rapid development and is now entering the 3.0 stage centered on Robotaxi. As the most important commercial vehicle for Geely Holding Group's Robotaxi operations, CAOCAO INC has always remained grounded while looking toward the future. The 'sky-land-air integrated' blueprint represents CAOCAO INC's forward-looking planning for the future—by building a seamlessly connected three-dimensional transportation network, we aim to create new travel experiences and open up new growth opportunities for the industry."

Guo Liang, CEO and Chief Scientist of AeroHT, commented: "AeroHT focuses on the R&D airworthiness and commercial applications of tilt-rotor passenger eVTOL aircraft. This cooperation with CAOCAO INC is not simply an addition of transportation tools, but an important exploration in building urban three-dimensional transportation networks. We believe that 'low-altitude + premium car service' one-stop travel services will bring people more convenient and efficient future transportation."

According to the introduction, both parties will fully leverage their respective business advantages and operational experience to jointly establish service standards and operational specifications for integrated "ground-air transport" services, build a three-dimensional smart transportation network that combines Robotaxi ground travel with eVTOL low-altitude travel, and plan to jointly build operational and maintenance hubs with ecosystem partners at key urban nodes to provide users with efficient and seamless ground-to-air transfer experiences.
