WellCell Holdings Co., Limited (Stock Code: 2477) announced the appointments of Mr. Li Ke as Chief Technology Officer and Mr. Zhang Xiaolong as Chief Operation Officer, effective on 21 November 2025.

Mr. Li brings over two decades of experience in software product design, architecture, and project delivery. He joined the Group in May 2025 as Vice President, overseeing technology strategy for the stablecoin-based payment platform. In his new role, he will focus on defining and executing the technology roadmap, ensuring platform security and scalability, and leading the engineering team through the software development lifecycle.

Mr. Zhang has more than 13 years of management experience, including over a decade at Alibaba and Ant Group. He previously served as chief executive officer at Xinrongji Group until December 2024. As Chief Operation Officer, he will manage daily operations of the stablecoin payment platform, including customer onboarding and transaction workflows, as well as oversee regulatory compliance, risk controls, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance user experience and drive platform growth.
