Gangyu Smart Urban Services Holding Limited (“Gangyu Services”) has uploaded two key documents to both its corporate website (www.gycsfw.com.cn) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk):
1. A circular dated 5 June 2026 that includes the Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM). 2. The form of proxy for the forthcoming AGM.
The AGM will be held on 29 June 2026. Shareholders who have not yet provided a valid email address may opt to receive future corporate-communication notifications by email instead of printed letters. To make this change, investors should complete and return the reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Union Registrars Limited, via email (265-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk), post, or in person at Suites 3301-04, 33/F, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong.
Key procedural points:
• Reply forms mailed within Hong Kong do not require postage; overseas submissions must bear appropriate stamps. • Printed-copy requests remain valid for one year unless revoked earlier. After expiry, shareholders must submit a new written request if they wish to continue receiving hard copies. • If shareholders encounter difficulties accessing documents online, printed versions will be supplied free of charge upon request. • Enquiries can be directed to the registrar at (852) 2849 3399 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
The notice was issued under the authority of Chairman and Executive Director Mr. Mo Yueming on 5 June 2026. Gangyu Services reminds shareholders that “corporate communications” include, among other items, directors’ reports, financial statements, interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars, and proxy forms.
