高萌科技（08065）4月30日晚间发布盈利预警，披露根据截至2026年3月31日止年度（“2026财年”）最新未经审计综合管理账目初步审阅结果，公司预计将录得除税前亏损不多于约12百万元；而上一财年（2025财年）同期则录得约0.1百万元除税前盈利，公司业绩由盈转亏。
业绩下滑的主要原因在于： 1. 2026财年毛利减少至约25百万元； 2. 期内收入减少约53百万元； 3. 就若干亏损合约计提拨备。
公司表示，相关数据仍有待年度审计确认，2026财年经审核的综合财务报表预计将于2026年6月公布。期间，股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时应保持谨慎。
