SINOLINK HOLD (01168) announced that effective from August 30, 2025: (i) Ms. Chen Hui has resigned from her positions as independent non-executive director of the company and member of the audit committee, remuneration committee and nomination committee; (ii) Mr. Zhang Jiaqing has been appointed as independent non-executive director of the company and member of the audit committee, remuneration committee and nomination committee; and (iii) Ms. Xu Xiujuan has been appointed as non-executive director.
