PINE TECH (01079) announced that Zhang Sanhuo has resigned as executive director to devote more time to his other personal affairs, effective October 3, 2025. Yu Wei has been appointed as executive director, effective October 3, 2025.

The board of directors announced that, effective October 3, 2025: Zhang Sanhuo has resigned as chairman of the board and chief executive officer of the company; and Yu Wei has been appointed as chairman of the board and chief executive officer of the company.

The board of directors announced that, effective October 3, 2025, the composition of the board committees is as follows: Zhang Sanhuo has resigned as a member of the remuneration committee, and Yu Wei has been appointed as a member of the remuneration committee. Zhang Sanhuo has resigned as chairman of the company's nomination committee, and Yu Wei has been appointed as chairman of the nomination committee.

The board of directors announced that, effective October 3, 2025: Zhang Sanhuo is no longer serving as authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules; and Yu Wei has been appointed as authorized representative.
