Data released on September 26 shows that the average price change rate for the oil basket reached 2.87% on September 25.
According to the Oil Price Management Measures, domestic gasoline and diesel prices are adjusted every 10 working days based on changes in international crude oil market prices. When the adjustment range is less than 50 yuan per ton, no adjustment will be made, and the amount will be carried forward to the next adjustment cycle for accumulation or offset. In special circumstances as stipulated in the measures, price adjustments may be suspended, delayed, or the adjustment range may be reduced.
