Magnum Ice Cream announced on Thursday that its full-year net profit fell by 48.4% compared to the previous year. The company, which completed its spinoff from Unilever and began trading independently last December, attributed the decline primarily to costs related to the separation, restructuring, and financing.

According to the announcement, the company’s net profit dropped from €595 million in 2024 to €307 million (equivalent to approximately $364.3 million) last year.
