CHINA TOWER (00788) announced that its extraordinary general meeting has approved the appointment of Mr. Luan Xiaowei as a non-executive director. His term will commence on December 23, 2025, and continue until the completion of the reshuffle of the third board of directors. Mr. Liu Guiqing resigned as a non-executive director on December 23, 2025. Additionally, Mr. Luan Xiaowei has been appointed as a member of both the Strategy Committee and the Audit Committee of the board.
