Sales of $277.865 million for the quarter beat analyst estimates. Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter was $118.7 million, up 12%, with the company highlighting that AI-based solutions now contribute approximately 10% of total revenue, or nearly $100 million annually.
Investors also reacted positively to the company's new $500 million share repurchase authorization, including an accelerated $300 million buyback, and its guidance for fiscal year 2026, which projects revenue between $1.147 billion and $1.157 billion and adjusted EBITDA between $477.0 million and $485.0 million.
