Artis房地产投资信托基金（简称“Artis”或“REIT”）宣布，截至2025年7月31日的季度，每单位I系列优先单位（Series I preferred unit）的现金分红定为0.4370625美元。这笔分红款项将于2025年7月31日支付，记录持有人的截止日期亦为同一天。
目前，该基金共有4,280,356单位I系列优先单位发行在外。
