WALNUT CAP (00905) announced that effective September 3, 2025: (i) Mr. Meng Hanting has been appointed as non-executive director and co-chairman of the board of directors; and (ii) Mr. Meng Jianqiang has been redesignated from chairman of the board to co-chairman, and will continue to serve as executive director and as a member of each of the company's nomination committee and remuneration committee.
