金山软件有限公司（股份代号：03888）于2025年12月10日发布翌日披露报表，公告显示公司在当日于港交所回购普通股34.5万股，回购价介乎每股28.6港元至29.2港元，涉资约999.72万港元，占回购前已发行股本约0.02%。
公司披露，回购授权决议于2025年5月29日获通过，授权可回购股份总数为140,042,579股。截至目前，公司已累计回购约7,073,200股，占授权通过当日已发行股本的约0.51%。上述回购完成后，公司于2025年12月10日的已发行股本数仍为1,400,425,790股。
