On August 18, the world's first large-scale comprehensive competition featuring humanoid robots as core participants concluded at Beijing's National Speed Skating Oval "Ice Ribbon." The World Humanoid Robot Competition brought together 280 global teams and over 500 robots, showcasing the complete industrial chain of embodied intelligent robots transitioning from technological breakthroughs to practical applications.
As an industry catalyst, SHOUCHENG Holdings saw multiple portfolio companies participate collectively, engaging in key projects and achieving outstanding results with a total of 37 medals, including 12 gold, 14 silver, and 11 bronze medals (including awards won by teams using portfolio company robots).
Unitree Robotics demonstrated exceptional performance across multiple events, capturing gold medals in the 1500m, 400m, 100m obstacle course, and 4×100m relay race, showcasing its robust capabilities in speed, agility, and stability. Independent teams developing on Unitree's G1 hardware platform also achieved notable results, securing 1 gold, 1 silver, and 1 bronze medal, further validating the platform's broad adaptability and powerful performance.
Beijing Humanoid Robot Innovation Center accumulated 2 gold, 6 silver, and 2 bronze medals, establishing itself as one of the most representative "fully autonomous execution" technology providers in the competition.
In the freestyle gymnastics event, the humanoid robot "Little Naughty" developed by Songlun Dynamics won the championship with excellent balance, dynamic control, and rhythm, demonstrating high-level stage performance integrating AI and dynamic imitation control. Team 1 from Boyuan Zhixing, using Songlun Dynamics robots, also secured third place in the same event.
In the long jump competition, Songlun Dynamics' robot again excelled, winning the championship and showcasing strong capabilities in athletic precision and coordination. In the solo dance event, Songlun Dynamics partnered with Beijing Dance Academy to form a representative team, ultimately securing second place through precise reproduction of detailed movements and deep understanding of stage artistry.
Galaxy General's Galbot team won the sorting skills competition championship through fully autonomous operation. Multiple university teams including Beijing North Mining Dream Team from China University of Mining and Technology and Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture also chose Galaxy General robots for competition, successfully advancing to the semifinals, with the mining university and civil engineering university teams reaching the finals and securing second place and fourth place respectively.
The team from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics used Xinghaitu robots in the pharmaceutical packaging scenario competition and successfully secured third place, fully validating Xinghaitu's embodied intelligence development platform capabilities for developers.
As the core technical support provider for football events, Acceleration Evolution supplied competitive humanoid robots for all football projects including 3V3 and 5V5, undertaking hardware support and technical maintenance for all participating teams throughout the competition.
Additionally, SHOUCHENG Holdings established the "SHOUCHENG Robot Technology Experience Store" open to the public outside the "Ice Ribbon," featuring over 200 intelligent products covering smart home, children's education, AI entertainment, smart wearables, outdoor sports, and other lifestyle scenarios.
The SHOUCHENG Robot Technology Experience Store is scheduled to open during the National Day holiday at Beijing Shijingshan Rongshi Plaza, with plans to expand to multiple cities and key locations nationwide (airports, universities, commercial districts), forming a chain-based, scenario-oriented sales and experience network.
