Weiye Holdings Limited (1570) issued a circular dated 17 November 2025 regarding the proposed change of its auditors and the convening of an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 8 December 2025 at 10:30 a.m. in Shenzhen, the People’s Republic of China.
According to the circular, BDO Limited (Hong Kong) and BDO LLP (Singapore) are resigning as the Company’s auditors due to an inability to agree on the audit fee for the financial year ending 31 December 2025. Subject to shareholders’ approval at the EGM, D & Partners CPA Limited (Hong Kong) and OA Assurance PAC (Singapore) are expected to replace the outgoing firms. The new auditors would hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting.
The circular states that there are no other matters needing to be brought to the attention of shareholders in connection with these proposed changes. Shareholders wishing to attend or act by proxy at the EGM should refer to the announced dates for relevant share registration procedures. The Company’s board of directors has recommended that shareholders approve the proposed appointments of the new auditors.
