Bradaverse Education (Int’l) Investments Group Limited (1082) published its Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2025, reporting a total revenue of approximately HK$68.04 million, a decrease of around 44.38% compared with HK$122.32 million a year ago. Loss attributed to owners of the Company reached about HK$51.65 million.
During the reporting period, revenue from private educational services stood at roughly HK$29.86 million; the money-lending division contributed approximately HK$2.52 million in interest income. VR and digital entertainment—which includes VR product sales, related services, and gaming product sales—generated about HK$34.16 million. Revenue from STEAM education services recorded approximately HK$0.57 million. The Group noted that declines in certain segments and impairment losses impacted overall results.
Its cost-control measures included reviewing operations of education centers, integration of online learning modes, and further diversification in digital-related segments. Management stated that focusing on technology integration and resource allocation will remain central to future strategy in the education and digital entertainment sectors.
