CHINA RISUN GP (01907) has announced that on February 11, 2026, it transferred 4.503 million treasury shares to the trustee of the share award scheme adopted by the company on May 30, 2025. These shares will be held by the trustee and will be transferred to the grant recipients upon the vesting of awards granted under the share award scheme.
