Duty Free International Limited on Nov, 10 2025 unveiled a series of senior leadership changes, including new board appointments, key executive promotions, and the formation of an Executive Committee to enhance strategic oversight and operational execution.
The company appointed Sebastian Paul Lim Chin Foo as a Non-Independent, Non-Executive Director, while Lee Sze Siang resigned from his position as Executive Director. The board now comprises Non-Executive Chairman Dato’ Sri Adam Sani bin Abdullah, Non-Independent Directors Sebastian Paul Lim Chin Foo and Chew Soo Lin, and Independent Directors Jeneral Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Abdullah bin Ahmad @ Dollah bin Amad (Lead Independent), Puan Haslin binti Osman and Quek Meng Teck, Derrick.
Datuk Lee Kok Khee was named Group Chief Executive Officer effective Nov, 10 2025. Concurrently, former Executive Director Lee Sze Siang became Chief Operating Officer.
To reinforce governance and execution, the board formed an Executive Committee chaired by Group CEO Datuk Lee Kok Khee, with COO Lee Sze Siang, Group Chief Financial & Corporate Services Officer Ho Yuet Leng, Chief Business Development & Strategy Officer Angie Ng Geak Ai, and United Industries Holdings Sdn. Bhd. CEO Khoo Chun Keong as members.
The company also confirmed the appointments of Lee Kok Khee as Group CEO, Lee Sze Siang as COO, and Khoo Chun Keong as CEO of subsidiary United Industries Holdings Sdn. Bhd., all effective Nov, 10 2025.
