周四盘中，港股内房股持续下跌，其中碧桂园（02007.HK）跌幅最为明显，盘中大跌8.7%，引发市场广泛关注。同时，其他内房股如金辉控股、中梁控股、世茂集团等也出现不同程度的下跌。
造成碧桂园股价大跌的主要原因是房地产行业整体基本面持续走弱。国家统计局最新公布的数据显示，今年1-8月份，全国房地产开发投资同比下降12.9%，达60309亿元；其中，住宅投资下降11.9%，为46382亿元。更值得注意的是，1-8月房地产开发企业到位资金同比下降8%，个人按揭贷款更是下降10.5%，反映出市场需求的持续疲软。
国信证券分析认为，8月地产基本面进一步走弱，考虑到当前地产基本面尤其是房价走势，地产股很难出现趋势性行情。不过，值得关注的是，8月以来北京、上海、深圳等一线城市陆续出台了放松限购限贷的地产新政，9月仍然是地产股政策博弈的窗口期。这些政策能否有效提振市场信心，仍有待进一步观察。目前，投资者对房地产行业的前景持谨慎态度，这也是导致碧桂园等内房股持续下跌的重要因素。
