融创中国（01918）今日盘中大涨8.11%，报1.6港元，领涨内房股。其他内房股也普遍走强，金辉控股涨5.47%，龙湖集团涨5%，碧桂园涨4.71%，万科企业涨4.46%。
消息面上，中国人民银行行长潘功胜在国新办新闻发布会上宣布一系列重要政策措施。央行将降准0.5个百分点，向市场提供长期流动性约1万亿元，并降低政策利率0.1个百分点。此外，个人住房公积金贷款利率也将下调0.25个百分点，5年期以上首套房利率由2.85%降至2.6%。国家金融监管总局局长李云泽表示，近期将加快出台与房地产发展新模式适配的系列融资制度。
尽管房地产市场近期表现疲软，但政策面的利好消息提振了投资者信心。华泰证券研报指出，4月百强房企销售金额环比和同比均有所下降，但进入二季度，房地产行业增量政策窗口逐步打开。结合更加积极有为的宏观政策以及更加积极的财政政策定调，市场普遍认为后续需关注实操政策落地节奏。分析师更加看好以一线城市为代表的核心城市复苏节奏，以及在对应区域拥有储备或新获取资源的房企的估值修复。
