Mr. Zhang Xiaohui has resigned from his positions as Chairman of the Board, Non-executive Director, member of the Remuneration Committee, member of the Nomination Committee, and Authorized Representative of the company due to personal affairs, effective from January 29, 2026.

The Board of Directors also announced that Mr. Chen Dongxu has been appointed as Chairman of the Board, Non-executive Director, member of the Remuneration Committee, member of the Nomination Committee, and Authorized Representative of the company, effective from January 29, 2026.
