Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, Zhongzheng Tianheng CPA Limited (Zhongzheng Tianheng) has been appointed as the company's auditor, effective October 28, 2025, to fill the interim vacancy following Evergreen's resignation. Zhongzheng Tianheng will serve until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
