黑芝麻智能国际控股有限公司（02533）于2026年2月6日发布2026年1月股份变动月报。报告显示，截至1月31日，公司法定股本维持在1,000,000,000股，面值为每股USD 0.0001，总额USD 100,000，较上月底未发生变动。
本月内，已发行普通股（不含库存股）由上月底的640,914,832股增至642,723,021股，净增加1,808,189股；同期，公司新增了271,200股库存股，总已发行股份（含库存股）为642,994,221股。上述股份变化主要源于行使首次公开发售前股份期权，约2,079,389股获得行使，同时公司在1月19日以每股HKD 22.125购回271,200股并转为库存。
此外，公司于2016年9月及2024年7月先后采纳的股份期权计划当月分别有86,302股及32,000股期权被注销。截至1月底，前者剩余期权86,775,198股，后者剩余期权17,741,687股。
公司确认所有操作均符合香港联合交易所有限公司《上市规则》及相关法律规定。本次月报由公司董事单记章签署。
