COSCO SHIPPING International JV signs MoU with PSA on Tuas distribution hub

COSCO SHIPPING International (Singapore) Co., Ltd. (F83) said on Sep, 05 2025 that its 49% joint venture, Goldlead Supply Chain Development (Southeast Asia) Pte. Ltd., has entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding with PSA Port Ecosystem (SEA) Pte. Ltd.

The parties plan to explore setting up a regional distribution centre at the PSA Supply Chain Hub @ Tuas to serve South-East Asia and other Asian markets, with most cargo intended for regional trans-shipment.

The memorandum of understanding does not create any legally binding collaboration and may or may not lead to definitive agreements. The company said it will provide further updates when material developments arise and advised shareholders to exercise caution when dealing in its securities.
