HK TECH VENTURE (01137) announced that effective from September 1, 2025: Mr. Zhang Zijian, current Executive Director and Chairman of the Board, will step down from his Chairman position but will continue to serve as Executive Director and member of the Executive Committee and Investment Committee; and Mr. Mark Mak Yung Sum, Independent Non-executive Director, will be appointed as Chairman.
