CTF Services (00659) Announces Update on Final Dividend for Year Ended 30 June 2025

CTF Services Limited (stock code 00659) has issued updated details regarding its final dividend of HKD 0.35 per share for the financial year ended 30 June 2025. The declaration remains subject to shareholder approval on 18 November 2025. The reason for this update is to confirm the despatch date of share certificates, now scheduled for 23 December 2025.

Ex-dividend trading will commence on 20 November 2025, with the latest time to lodge transfer documents set for 21 November 2025 at 16:30. The record date to determine shareholder entitlements is 24 November 2025, and the dividend payment date is 23 December 2025.

Shareholders can opt for a scrip dividend in lieu of cash, with partial elections permitted. The share registrar is Tricor Investor Services Limited. Details of scrip pricing and fractional entitlements will be announced separately.
