Shanghai Haohai Biological Technology Co., Ltd. (688366.SH) has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Henan Universe Intraocular Lens Research Co., Ltd., recently obtained a Medical Device Registration Certificate from the National Medical Products Administration for its multifocal aspheric intraocular lens product. This product is the world's first approved multifocal intraocular lens based on Fourier harmonic penta-focal diffractive patented technology. It enables more efficient light energy distribution, improves light utilization efficiency, enhances intermediate vision compared to traditional trifocal lenses, and provides a smoother, more continuous visual experience across far, intermediate, and near distances.
