Shandong Hi-Speed New Energy (01250) Announces Restoration of Public Float

Shandong Hi-Speed Holdings Group Limited (the “Offeror”) and Shandong Hi-Speed New Energy Group Limited (Stock Code: 01250) announced that the Offeror disposed of a total of 82,936,512 shares of Shandong Hi-Speed New Energy through placements and on-market transactions. The disposals comprised 82,833,512 shares on 28 November 2025 and 103,000 shares in total on 28 August 2025 and 1 September 2025, representing approximately 3.69% of the company’s issued share capital.

After these disposals, the number of shares held by public shareholders increased to 561,647,183, or 25% of the total issued share capital, thereby restoring the required minimum public float under Rule 8.08(1)(a) of the Listing Rules.

According to the updated shareholding structure, the Offeror and its concert parties now hold 1,279,878,252 shares (56.97%), Fast Top Investment Limited continues to hold 405,063,291 shares (18.03%), and the public shareholders hold 561,647,183 shares (25.00%). The total number of issued shares remains at 2,246,588,726.
