2025年第三季度，中船海洋与防务装备股份有限公司实现营收约41.42亿元，同比上升4.65%。同期实现经调整净利润（扣除非经常性损益后）约1.14亿元，同比大幅增长297.57%。截至报告期末，前三季度累计营收约143.15亿元，同比增长12.83%；经调整净利润约6.05亿元，同比增长278.78%。
公司前三季度销售费用达到0.76亿元，同比增幅约92%，主要与保险费支出增加有关；管理费用约4.91亿元，同比上升15.9%；研发投入约7.66亿元，相较上年同期增长约10%。在费用端总体提升的情况下，产品毛利同比增加成为利润增长的重要推动力。截止报告期末，经营活动产生的现金流量净额为-6,335.24万元，较去年同期显著改善，主要受船舶产品建造节点款同比增加的拉动所致。
