CR CONSTRUCTION (01582) announced that on December 11, 2025, the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, CR Construction Limited (as borrowers), entered into a loan agreement with a bank (as lender). The lender agreed to provide a loan facility of up to HK$200 million to the company. The maturity date of the loan shall not exceed 12 months from the date of acceptance of the loan agreement by the company.
