FIRE ROCK (01909) announced that, effective December 31, 2025, Mr. Zhou Zhiwei has resigned from his positions as an Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company; concurrently, Mr. Zhang Yan has been appointed as an Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, and Chief Product Officer.
