据CNBC报道，三位知情人士透露，星巴克中国就潜在股权出售吸引了多方报价。消息人士称，近30家中国国内外私募股权公司已提交非约束性报价，并补充道，目前摆在桌面上的提案对该业务的估值在50亿至100亿美元之间，预计最终出价将接近这一区间的上限。
一位知情人士表示，鉴于星巴克的市值徘徊在1080亿美元左右，而其中国业务贡献了全球营收的8%以上，合理估值应在90亿美元左右。知情人士称，星巴克目前正在评估投标人的报价、交易结构提案以及售后价值创造方案，之后会筛选出潜在买家。该人士表示，筛选工作可能在两个月内完成，但整个交易不太可能在今年年底前完成。
一位了解交易过程的人士称，星巴克有可能保留30%的股权，其余股权由一群买家分割，每个买家持股均不超过30%。
