【财华社讯】久康国际(00850-HK)公布，公司对联交所上市覆核委员会之决定已向香港高等法院申请司法覆核，并深信公司有充分之理据获得香港高等法院之许可。
针对公司申请司法覆核之许可及司法覆核的实质性申请进行合泷鲅兑丫排期于2021年8月6日审理，聆讯时间为一天。
联交所于3月19日建议上市委员会取消公司之上市地位，于3月20日联交所函件中提到，上市委员会决定根据上市规则第6.01A条取消本公司之上市地位，股份最后上市日期将为4月3日，自4月6日上午9时正起取消上市地位。
应公司要求，公司股份已由2018年7月3日上午九时正起于联交所暂停买卖，并将维持暂停买卖直至另行通知为止。
