智通财经APP获悉，医疗器械制造商Hanger Inc(HNGR.US)周四表示，已同意由医疗投资公司Patient Square Capital以约12.5亿美元的价格将其私有化。消息公布后，该股盘后涨逾26%。
根据Hanger董事会一致通过的协议条款，这家假肢护理产品提供商的股东将获得每股18.75美元的现金，这比该公司周四的收盘价溢价27%。
据了解，在美联储加速收紧货币政策的背景下，人们对经济衰退的担忧加剧，然而，医疗保健行业在最近的几个经济衰退时期都表现出色，这使其成为投资者寻找能够经受住潜在衰退的资产的一个有吸引力的目标。
Hanger总部位于美国德克萨斯州奥斯汀，主要提供矫形和假肢患者护理产品和服务。
该交易预计将于2022年第四季度完成，Hanger现任首席执行官Vinit Asar将继续领导该公司。
