天眼查App显示，近日，世纪佳缘关联公司北京花千树信息科技有限公司因违反消费者权益保护法，被北京市朝阳区市场监督管理局罚款30万元。
处罚事由显示，当事人与13位投诉人签署《合同解除协议》，规定需在约定时间内退还消费者服务费，但当事人并未在约定的时间内退还投诉人的服务费，且均在约定期满之日起超过十五日未退款，上述13份《合同解除协议》涉及服务费19.7万余元。
行政处罚信息显示，该公司曾多次因侵害消费者权益被罚，其中今年3月被罚33万元。
