智通财经APP讯，纳川股份(300198.SZ)发布公告，为促进互利互惠，共同发展，经公司控股子公司龙岩市永定区纳川水环境发展有限公司(简称“永定纳川”)和龙岩市永定区住房和城乡建设局(简称“永定住建局”)友好协商，双方于近日签订《终止合作框架协议》，提前终止双方于2016年11月16日签订的《龙岩市永定区乡镇污水处理厂网一体化PPP项目合同》。
就公告所示，根据2016年11月16日永定纳川与永定住建局签订《龙岩市永定区乡镇污水处理厂网一体化PPP项目合同》18.10款规定，“协商一致终止。在特许经营期内，由各方协商一致可提前终止本合同，此种情形下的终止及对应终止补偿金的计算问题等，由各方届时协商一致”。
