胜捷企业(06090)发布公告，根据上市规则第6.11(3)条，谨此于2023年7月25日向全体股东发送建议除牌通知，而规定的3个月通知期间将于2023年10月26日届满。公司将于2023年10月26日另行刊发公告，当中将公布达成第6.11条项下所有条件;买卖最后日期;及于联交所撤回上市日期。

待达成通函所载建议除牌的所有条件后，股份于联交所的最后买卖日期预期将为2023年10月27日(星期五)，而股份预期将于2023年11月1日(星期三)下午四时正于联交所主板撤回上市。
