　　南海控股（00680）发布公告，于2023年10月27日联交所通知公司，联交所上市复核委员会正在考虑七名个人（彼等获建议在股东特别大会上委任）提出的请求，行使其酌情权以延长复核取消上市地位决定的期限，以待百慕达最高法院确定其任命的有效性。

　　联交所亦通知公司，取消上市地位将不会自2023年10月31日上午九时正起生效。
