金融界9月30日消息，秀商时代控股宣布，由于核数师只能有限度地获取公司在中华人民共和国的所有附属公司的账目和记录，因此将需要额外的时间来编制2024年全年的业绩，预计发布时间需进一步与核数师讨论和确定。此外，根据公司的股份在香港联合交易所有限公司的证券上市规则，如未能在设定的时限内发布全年业绩，公司将需要公布根据未经核数师同意的财务业绩编制的业绩。但由于这些账目可能无法准确反映公司的财务表现和／或状况，发布未经审核的管理账目可能会使股东和潜在投资者产生混淆并产生误导。因此，公司决定不在现阶段发布全年业绩。此项决策可能导致年报的发布也将推迟。另外，考虑到全年业绩的发布将会延迟，原定为审议和批准全年业绩的董事会会议也将推迟举办。秀商时代控股的股份自2024年9月24日起暂停交易，并将持续暂停交易，直到发布有关公司内幕消息的公告和发布2024年全年业绩。
