智通财经APP讯，汉国置业(00160)及建业实业(00216)联合公布，由于买方无法就结算代价取得融资，故The Bauhinia Hotels Group Japan 2继2024年7月下旬起与买方进行多轮磋商后，决定终止交易且双方已于2024年10月31日订立终止协议(终止协议)并即时生效。
根据终止协议，出售事项订金5000万日圆(相当于约255万港元)将由The Bauhinia Hotels Group Japan 2保留，而双方将获解除及免除买卖协议的任何进一步义务或履约责任。
建业董事会及汉国董事会均认为，终止买卖协议不会对建业及汉国现有业务的营运及财务状况造成重大影响。合营公司将继续于市场上物色其他潜在买家，而该物业现时仍为与日本一家独立酒店营运商订立的现有租约项下的胶囊酒店，该租约于2038年6月30日届满，为期15年。
