智通财经APP讯，百盛集团(03368)发布公告，于2024年11月6日，公司间接全资附属公司南宁百盛(作为租客)与 Nanning Holding(作为业主)就续新南宁租赁订立南宁续新协议。自2004年以来，南宁百盛作为租客一直租用南宁物业用于其零售业务，当前租赁将于2024年12月31日届满，且订约方已同意根据南宁续新协议重续南宁租赁，租期直至2042年11月27日。
物业为位于中国广西省南宁市朝阳路、民生路、共和路及民族大道围合处的印象城D座负一层至七层的相关部分。
