智通财经APP讯，中集安瑞科(03899)发布公告，公司董事会获通知，中集集团已于2024年10月8日至2024年11月7日期间通过其全资附属公司中国国际海运集装箱(香港)有限公司(中集香港)从公开市场以每股平均价约6.7855港元继续购买合共2166.4万股公司股份，相当于截至本公告日期已发行股份总数约1.068%(增持股份)。于增持股份前，中集集团通过中集香港及其全资附属公司合计持有13.79亿股股份，相当于已发行股份总数约68.006%。于增持股份后，中集集团通过中集香港及其全资附属公司合计持有14.01亿股股份，相当于已发行股份总数69.074%。根据公司可以得悉的公开资料及就董事所知，公司在中集集团增持股份后依然能够满足公众持股量的要求。
